SWECO acquires additional consulting firm in Norway

SWECO subsidiary SWECO Grøner acquires P.Å Elektro Forum AS.

P.Å Elektro Forum AS is a provider of consulting services in the fields of electrical and telecom engineering. The company has seven employees in Larvik and Porsgrunn. ”This is our second acquisition in the technical installations area within a short span of time. We see the acquisition as a step in strengthening our expertise in electrical and telecommunications engineering, particularly for major projects such as hospitals and industrial facilities. It will also enable us to advance our position in the Østlandet region,” says Vibecke Hverven, Managing Director of SWECO Grøner. At the beginning of September SWECO Grøner acquired the engineering firm of Lassen & Bjervig with eleven employees.
