SWECO acquires FM Konsulterna

SWECO’s subsidiary SWECO Projektledning has strengthened its position as a Facilities Management advisor through the acquisition FM Konsulterna.

FM Konsulterna is a specialised provider of consulting services within the field of Facilities Management. The company has six employees and is active throughout Sweden. “FM Konsulterna is a company with valuable knowledge in an exciting and fast-growing sector. The acquisition will further sharpen our cutting-edge expertise in the FM area, with a wider range of services and stronger capabilities in facilities maintenance and service. The company is a good match for SWECO Projektledning and our ambition is to grow with these services in several locations where we can be close to our largest customers” says Bo Carlsson, Managing Director of SWECO Projektledning.
