SWECO sells Cactus Automation

On 15 June, SWECO sold its subsidiary Cactus Automation AB to a company owned and managed privately by the Sören Gyll family. Cactus is a leading supplier of SCADA and TMS systems and system solutions for water and wastewater treatment, rail traffic control and energy management, with an annual turnover of more than SEK 20 million. The motive for the sale is to further streamline the SWECO Group’s consulting operations.
