SWECO wins 5-year contract from MKB Fastighets AB in Malmö

SWECO Projektledning has been selected to deliver technical consulting services to MKB Fastighets AB.

The contact, with a value estimated at over EUR 5.3 million, will run for five years and employ some ten consultants from SWECO Projektledning. The contract also includes an option for a 3-year extension. SWECO Projektledning’s task will be to develop routines and systems that improve and modernise technical management of MKB’s housing. ”We are very pleased that MKB has chosen to continue working with us,” says Bo Carlsson, Managing Director of SWECO Projektledning. The framework agreement includes maintenance optimisation, water and wastewater optimisation and handling of fire and water damage in MKB’s 21,000 apartments in Malmö. SWECO Projektledning has previously worked for MKB Fastighets AB, among other things in development of the company’s customer-oriented technical management.
