Talboom becomes part of Sweco
Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire Talboom Group, a Belgian consulting company with 110 employees that is active predominately in the pharmaceutical and infrastructure markets.

Talboom Group was founded in 1969 and currently employs 110 experts with a solid track record in delivering engineering services in pharmaceuticals, biotech and infrastructure. Belgium is a core country for pharmaceutical R&D, and through the acquisition of Talboom, Sweco Belgium will achieve a leading position in this field. Talboom focuses predominantly on the Flemish part of Belgium and has its headquarters in Puurs. Net sales in 2018 were EUR 12.2 million.
