Sweco to provide several planning and design services for Grand Central project in Frankfurt am Main

Sweco has been commissioned by a joint venture of Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and Phoenix Real Estate Development GmbH to plan and design a vital part of the Grand Central project in Frankfurt am Main, a large office project beside the city’s central station.The area next to Frankfurt main station, one of Europe’s busiest, is about to undergo a significant transformation. 18,000 square meters, including a group of buildings from the 1970’s, will be completely redesigned.
