Indochine opens its doors at Arlanda, offering Asian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere
Indochine – a new Asian restaurant concept – has now opened at Arlanda. With a menu that features sushi, Pad Thai, dumplings and more in a stylish, modern atmosphere, Indochine will add to the diverse range of dining options at the Marketplace in Terminal 5. With flavours from the four corners of the world, the Marketplace continues to emerge as the airport’s largest ever commercial venture.
The Marketplace continues to take shape in Terminal 5 at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, a new space with a distinctly Swedish and Nordic theme both in terms of the range of businesses and dining options, as well as commercial design. At the same time, the Marketplace features influences from the US, the Mediterranean and now Asia, which help round out the range of dining options that are gradually emerging.
“We want to offer passengers a varied dining selection with flavours from different parts of the world − our goal is to make shopping, food and drink part of the passenger experience. There should be a wide range of restaurants to suit many different needs and a variety of product ranges, price categories and brands. With its Asian theme and exciting concept, Indochine is a perfect complement to the other offerings at the Marketplace,” says Charlotte Ljunggren, Director of Market and Commercial Development at Swedavia.
On 15 October, Indochine opened its doors at Arlanda. The decor features cheerful, bright pink tones and creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and inspiring. The menu includes dishes from all corners of Asia with a focus on distinctive, classic flavours. The menu features both hot and cold dishes, such as Sushi, Chirachi, Gyoza, Bibimbap and Pad Thai.
“Our ambition is to always create added value at the airport where we offer a unique dining experience. The ingredients and craft are key, combined with efficient, personal service to everyone on their journey. With Indochine, we fill a gap in Terminal 5 with a completely new and exciting food concept, which we are convinced passengers will appreciate,” says Charlotta Söör, founder and co-owner of the RC group.
Indochine opened on 15 October in the new Marketplace in Terminal 5. Opening hours are daily from 05:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
