Swedavia AB's Annual General Meeting 2026

On Wednesday 29 April, Swedavia AB held its Annual General Meeting. At the Annual General Meeting, Ulrika Francke was re-elected as Chairman of the Board, and two new board members, Anna Elmfeldt and Stine Ramstad Westby, were elected to the board of Swedavia AB.

The Annual General Meeting decided to re-elect Tor Clausen, Nina Linander and Per Sjödell as members of the board.

The board members Lars Mydland, Eva Nygren and Annica Ånäs have resigned from Swedavia's Board of Directors at their own request.

Jessica Lindstedt (SEKO) succeeds Agne Lindbom as employee representative effective 29 April 2026.
