Erkki Raasuke appointed CEO of delisted Hansabank

Mr. Erkki Raasuke, currently acting CEO, has been appointed CEO of Hansabank. Previously, Mr. Raasuke was the Deputy CEO and Managing Director of the Estonian business unit. Swedbank has today completed the buy-out of Hansabank and now owns 100% of the shares, and Hansabank is no longer listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange.
