FöreningsSparbanken reduces its ownership in Aktia Sparbank

FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) has signed an agreement with Livränteanstalten Hereditas and Oy Hammarén & Co Ab to sell 1.8 million shares in Aktia Sparbank to each of them. The total sales price is 25,176,960 Euro. As a result, FöreningsSparbanken’s ownership in Aktia Sparbank will be reduced from 19.8 % to 9.6 %. The transaction has a limited financial effect for FöreningsSparbanken. The Group’s ratios for primary capital and capital adequacy will be increased by approximately 0.01 and 0.04 percentage points respectively. The close commercial cooperation with Aktia Sparbank will not be affected by the sale.
