FöreningsSparbanken reduces its ownership in Aktia Sparbank

FöreningsSparbanken (Swedbank) has sold 3,000,000 shares in Aktia Sparbank to approximately 30 institutional and private investors, most of which were already owners in Aktia Sparbank. The total sales price is EUR 21,0 M. As a result, FöreningsSparbanken’s ownership in Aktia Sparbank will be reduced from 9.6 % to 1.1 %. The transaction has a limited financial effect for FöreningsSparbanken. The Group’s ratios for primary capital and capital adequacy will increase by approximately 0.01 and 0.04 percentage points, respectively. The close commercial cooperation between FöreningsSparbanken and Aktia Sparbank will not be affected by the sale.
