Michael Wolf takes up position as CEO on March 1st, 2009

Michael Wolf will join Swedbank on December 1st, 2008. He will be introduced to the bank’s operations during a three month period until he enters into his new position on March 1st, 2009. Jan Lidén will remain at the bank until his contract runs out on April 25th, 2009.

”It is with great pleasure that I announce that Intrum Justitia have quickly recruited a new CEO which allows Michael Wolf to commence his new position already on December 1st. This provides Michael with the opportunity to gain a comprehensive introduction to the bank’s operations”, says Swedbank’s Chairman Carl Eric Stålberg.

”Following today’s announcement we have pushed forward the date of Michael’s commencement as CEO to March 1st, 2009. As intended Jan Lidén will be responsible for managing and presenting the bank’s 2008 full year results on February 12th” confirms Carl Eric Stålberg.
