Swedbank announces new appointments in Human Resource

In order to further strengthen Swedbank´s Group HR unit, two people with excellence in the field of HR have been recruited.

Katarina Berg has been appointed Head of Group Leadership. Katarina Berg most recently served at the telecom company 3 where she has held the position as Head of HR. Katarina Berg has extensive experience in HR and leadership development and has held a number of top positions including HR Director at Kanal 5 and at Preem. She was awarded Head of Human Resources of the year 2006. Lennart Hedström has been appointed Head of Group HR Operations. Lennart Hedström most recently served as Deputy HR Director at Posten. His broad experience includes executive positions at Telia, Empower/Right Management and Pfizer. Swedbank has also contracted Andreas Lauritzen as Head of Group Compensation & Benefits on a consultancy basis. Andreas Lauritzén is the founder of Novare Compensation and has a great experience in implementing and developing sustainable incentive systems. He has also experience from Watson Wyatt in Hong Kong and Stockholm where he held a position as an advisor. – I am extremely proud and pleased that we managed to make these recruitments.
