Swedbank in Estonia has been elected the Most Reputable Large Company in Estonia 2012. This is the fifth consecutive year that Swedbank holds the position of being reputation leader and the best-known company among large companies in Estonia.

The survey "Awareness and image of large enterprises in Estonia 2012" has been held annually since 1999 and Swedbank has for the past five years been the reputation leader.

Swedbank’s reputation index this year rose to 7,97 points, on a 10 grade scale, compared to 7,93 last year, followed by mobile operator EMT (7,59 points) and Tallinn Harbour (7,59 points).

“It is very satisfying to see that our reputation and brand continues to hold such a strong position in Estonia and that our customers show this appreciation. I´d like to thank management and all co-workers in Estonia for good job. This inspires us to work even more to improve for our customers”, commented Swedbank’s CEO Michael Wolf.

Priit Perens, Head of Swedbank in Estonia, added:

“Our overall image index 2012 is the highest for us in four years. I am especially glad that we have maintained our image leader position and our likeability index. I believe that direct customer feedback via Net Promoter Score gives us valuable input from customers and helps us to improve our processes and services.”
