Swedbank recruits new Chief Legal Officer

Eva de Falck, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Group Legal, leaves her position, April 14th.
The recruitment of her successor has been initiated.

“As the Financial Supervisory Authorities of Sweden and Estonia now have concluded their investigations, the time is right for a restart of Group Legal. Eva de Falck has contributed greatly as Chief Legal Officer. I would like to thank Eva for her efforts and hard work”, says Swedbank’s President and CEO, Jens Henriksson.

Stefan Frisk will be appointed interim Chief Legal Officer and Head of Group Legal at Swedbank.

Eva de Falck will continue to have board assignments on behalf of Swedbank.
