For the fifth year in a row, the Lipper Fund Awards 2021 has appointed Swedbank Robur Real Estate as the best fund for 3, 5 and 10 years, and Swedbank Robur New Technology as the best fund for 5 and 10 years in their respective categories.

For more than 30 years, the rating company Lipper has been awarding prizes to the best funds in over 20 countries around the world. Lipper is owned by Thomson Reuters, one of the world's largest international news agencies. The Lipper Fund Awards draw attention to those funds that have shown consistently strong risk-adjusted returns in relation to similar funds over a three-, five- and ten-year period. Swedbank Robur Real Estate receives the award for best fund in the Equity Sector Real Estate Global category, for all periods, three, five and ten years. Swedbank Robur New Technology receives the award for best fund in the Equity Nordic category for 5 and 10 years.

''I am both happy and honoured to win the Lipper Fund Award again. This is proof that my long-term and fundamentally driven investment process delivers a return to our customers that is also competitive internationally. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the unitholders for their trust and loyalty,'' says Fredrik Mattsson, Portfolio Manager of Swedbank Robur Real Estate.

''The price confirms that Robur New Technology has continued to deliver a very good return to our customers over both five and ten years. The Nordic region offers an attractive ecosystem for technology investments and a strong breeding ground for new technology companies. These days, it is even more obvious that the world needs new technology,'' says Henrik Nyblom, Portfolio Manager of Swedbank Robur New Technology.
