SEM Invest AB(publ) strategic alternative

The Owners together with the Board has initiated a process to evaluate different strategic alternatives for the group. No firm decisions have been made, but such alternatives may include a broad range of options including, but not limited to, divestment or acquisitions, including a divestment of parts of or the entire group.
