Change in the total number of shares and votes in SLP

As of 31 March 2023, the total number of shares in Swedish Logistic Property AB (”SLP”) amounts to 182,741,235 shares, divided into 55,757,965 shares of series A and 126,983,270 shares of series B. The total number of votes in SLP as of 31 March 2023 amounts to 405,773,095.

The increase in the number of shares and votes in SLP is due to that warrants of series TO1, TO2 and TO3, all of which were issued during 2019, has been fully exercised, resulting in an issue of 280,000 A-shares and 920,000 B-shares.
