SLP has today acquired and taken possession of a total of six properties in two of Sweden’s most important logistics hubs. The total lettable area amounts to approximately 32,000 sqm and the annual rent as of 1 January 2023 amounts to approximately SEK 29 million.

The largest of the six logistics properties, Stigamo 1:47, is located in Jönköping in direct proximity to SLP’s existing properties in the logistics area. The property was built in 2018 and has a lettable area of 13,000 sqm. The modern property is rented by the Brenderup Group. The remaining five properties are located in Helsingborg’s Södra Väla logistics hub, at the junction between the E4/E6 and the E20, and are let to several tenants in various industries. The average lease duration is approximately 4.4 years.

“Today’s transaction adds six modern logistics facilities in key hubs. They are also close to our existing properties, which promotes efficient management. We look forward to welcoming our new tenants and working with them to develop the properties, including the installation of solar panels and other energy-saving measures,” says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.

The properties will be acquired through a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 421 million from the seller Nivika Fastigheter AB. The transaction is financed with secured bank financing and own funds.
