SLP has today acquired and taken possession of a fully let logistics property in Helsingborg. The property consists of a total of approximately 56,000 sqm and is located in the logistics area Långeberga in direct proximity to the E4 and E6 transport routes. The current lettable area amounts to approximately 15,700 sqm, of which the majority is refrigerated space. The property has several tenants with an average lease term of 7.5 years. The annual rent in 2023, which is fully indexed, amounts to approximately SEK 13 million.

“SLP continues to grow in Helsingborg – the industry’s logistics city of the year. We will have a property with stable tenants in various industries and the opportunity to expand in a very attractive logistics area. In the short term, we will invest in energy-saving measures to reduce our environmental impact and increase our own production of renewable energy. The property also has room for additions and new construction, which creates opportunities for us to develop the property together with existing and future tenants," says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.

The property, built in 1988 and last extended in 2018, is being acquired through a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 133 million from the seller Mäster Grön ekonomisk förening. The transaction is financed with secured bank financing and equity.
