SLP acquires modern logistics property with expansion opportunity

SLP has today acquired and taken possession of the property Stenkrossen 4 in Hässleholm with a lettable area of approximately 4,000 sqm. The property, which totals approximately 31,000 sqm, has the potential for further expansion.

The property, built in 2009, contains a modern cold storage facility and is fully let to Seafrigo Nordic AB, an international logistics company specialising in the transport and handling of tempered foods. The annual rent is fully indexed and amounts to SEK 4.7 million with a remaining contract term of 12 years.

During the winter, SLP will invest in a freezer equipment for energy efficient warehousing. The property will be acquired through a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 74 million, including the forthcoming investment in the freezer equipment.
