SLP acquires two properties in Helsingborg and Malmö with an average rental period of 14 years - agreed property value amounts to SEK 317 million
SLP has today acquired and taken ownership of two fully leased properties, Malmö Flygledaren 6 and Åstorp Hyllinge 36:275, with a total lettable area of 18,500 square meters. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 317 million. The property in Malmö is leased by Isadora with a 10-year lease and the property in Helsingborg is leased by Sydfrys, which is part of the Temcon group which is already an existing tenant, with a 15-year lease. The lease agreements, which are of a triple-net nature, are fully indexed and have a total annual rental value of approximately SEK 21 million.
"The deal complements the current property portfolio and strengthens our key figures through long and fully indexed lease agreements, while at the same time we grow with existing tenants with new establishments where we are already locally strong. Both properties, which are fully leased, will be equipped with solar cells and be environmentally certified, which is in line with our sustainability strategy," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
The seller of the properties is Evolv. The transaction is financed with own funds.
