SLP builds and extends lease agreement for another seven years

SLP's tenant Hultafors today leases the entire property Mosshaga 7 in Nässjö with an area of 13,800 sqm and a lease agreement that runs until May 31, 2025. On part of an associated building right, 1,250 sqm will be built, which will be fully leased by Hultafors, while the existing lease agreement is extended.

The extension of the property will be completed in the first quarter of 2024 and the existing lease agreement is extended to 2032, while indexation has been renegotiated from 65% to 100% of the annual rent.
