SLP has today acquired and taken possession of the property Lampan 7 in Nässjö with a lettable area of approximately 8,600 sqm. The property is acquired through a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of approximately SEK 67 million. The seller is Idyllum AB.

The main part of the property was built in 2019 and will be environmentally certified. The property is fully let to Lanab Group AB. The annual rent amounts to approximately SEK 3.9 million and the remaining lease term is just over 7.5 years.

With today’s transaction, SLP has completed nine transactions since the beginning of the year. Today’s acquisition increases the remaining lease term and strengthens the current cash flow.

“We continue to maintain a high acquisition rate and are growing in Nässjö, where several important transport routes meet and where there is access to great expertise in logistics and transport,” says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
