“We are pleased to be able to do a sale and lease back deal again as we know that the tenant is familiar with the property and that SLP can contribute through efficient management with our organisation, experience and sustainability focus,” says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
Industrilås has grown over 40 years to its current position as one of the world’s leading suppliers of locking solutions for all types of industrial applications.
“We have had our business at Svedjevägen 1 for many years, the location and premises suit us well. With SLP now taking over as property owner, we can focus on our core business and trust SLP to help us when we want to develop the property,” says Fredrik Mölzer, Chairman of the Board of Industrilås i Nässjö AB.
