SLP expands and extends agreement with Emotion Logistics
SLP and Emotion Logistics have today signed an agreement whereby Emotion Logistics will lease the entire space in the existing property Stigamo 1:46 in Jönköping, Sweden. SLP took possession of the modern logistics property in December 2021 and leases its total area of approximately 21,800 sqm to Emotion Logistics until 31 December 2029.
“SLP bought the newly constructed logistics property in December and we are delighted that Emotion Logistics has now decided to lease the remaining 5,350 sqm and also extends the contract with us. Stigamo in Jönköping is an attractive location, and we will certify the buildings according to Miljöbyggnad Silver”, says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
Emotion Logistics AB has quickly established itself as a leading third-party logistics company. The focus is on demanding assignments within e-commerce and retail.
