SLP publishes prospectus regarding admission to trading of newly issued shares of series B on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 29 November 2023, Swedish Logistic Property AB announced that the Board of Directors on the same day had resolved on a directed new share issues of a total of 20,000,000 shares of series B corresponding to a total of SEK 550 million before issue costs. The issue was divided into two tranches, the first of which was resolved based on the authorization from the annual general meeting on 26 April 2023 and the second subject to subsequent approval by an extraordinary general meeting that took place on 22 December 2023.

The prospectus has been prepared in connection with the admission to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm of the second tranche of 15,738,815 shares of series B. The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus is available on SLP’s website, www.slproperty.se, and will be available on SFSA's website, www.fi.se.
