Swedish Logistic Property (SLP) has published its sustainability report for the business year 2022. SLP is not subject to any legal requirements regarding sustainability reporting but has during the business year taken several initiatives to clearly take a stand in important questions that increase the transparency in its sustainability work.

”Our whole business model integrates sustainability and through this we create value for our stakeholders, now and long-term. During the year, we have developed our sustainability work to, among other things, further sharpen our offer to our tenants. We have adopted sharper goals and I look forward to continuing the path taken and continuously deepening this work and reporting the positive effects and results it generates", says Viktoria Wöhl, Head of Sustainability at SLP.

From the beginning of 2023, SLP works according to a new sustainability policy adopted by the board. The sustainability policy replaces previous guidelines and regulates what forms the basis of the company's sustainability work and how it should be carried out. The policy makes it clear that the sustainability framework is based on stakeholder dialogue and materiality analysis and includes how objectives and follow-up should take place. The sustainability framework "Our Responsibility" includes three focus areas, the Planet, People and Business.
