SLP signs a 5-year lease with a new tenant and moves its office

SLP has signed a five-year lease agreement with by Crea regarding an area of 4,800 square meters of warehouse with associated offices and an annual rental value of approximately SEK 4.6 million.

The logistics property Segeholm 10 in Malmö, which currently also houses SLP's office, is well suited for companies that offer so-called "last mile deliveries". The entire property is 12,400 square meters and with this lease the property is fully leased. Estimated occupancy takes place from August 2024.

"We are happy to be able to welcome yet another new tenant in the form of by Crea. Since the acquisition of Segeholm 10 in June 2020, we have successively developed the property with investments in, among other things, solar cells, energy storage, led lighting and charging posts. The property has also been environmentally certified according to Miljöbyggnad iDrift Silver and has sustainable financing. What remains to be refined is a building right of approx. 3,000 square meters. As a result of this lease agreement, we will move our office to a neighboring property with development potential that we also own," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.

During the autumn, SLP will move its office to the property Spillepengslyckan 10 in Malmö, where renovation will take place of currently vacant spaces.
