SLP signs a seven-year lease in Landskrona

SLP has signed a seven-year lease with a global technology company for 2,900 square meters on the property Timglaset 2 in Landskrona. The annual rent amounts to SEK 2.6 million and is fully indexed. The move-in is estimated for the third quarter of 2023 and some general modernization in the property will be done before. The property has a building that is now fully let and a building right with the possibility of expansion of approx. 1,400 square meters.
