SLP signs lease agreements in Malmö and Helsingborg of 1,700 square meters

SLP continues to strengthen the letting ratio through two new lettings in Malmö and Helsingborg. The new leases cover a total of approximately 1,700 square meters and have an annual rent of approximately SEK 1.2 million. Move-in takes place immediately and the average contract length is six years.

The leased areas are located in strategically important logistics locations and strengthen SLP's ambition to provide efficient logistics solutions.
