SLP signs lease of 2,800 sqm in Malmö with 15 years duration
SLP has signed a lease with Limhamn's Industriservice for approximately 2,800 square meters on the property Spillepengslyckan 10 in Malmö. The annual rent amounts to SEK 2.0 million and is fully indexed.
"We are very happy to be able to welcome a, for us, new tenant to our premises. This property in Malmö is a logistics property close to the city that is under development where this lease is an important part," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
Move-in takes place immediately and the agreement runs until 31 December 2039.
