SLP has today taken ownership of a property in Hallsberg of 280,000 square meters after the property formation has gained legal force. The property acquisition was announced at the end of June. The transaction value has been estimated at just over SEK 800 million, which means an annual rent of approximately SEK 50 million. A 15-year lease was also signed for the property with Ahlsell Sweden regarding an environmentally certified new construction covering approximately 60,000 square meters.

"We are very happy that the property formation has gained legal force so that we can take ownership of the property and continue developing SLP's largest project to date," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.

The new construction is expected to be completed at the turn of the year 2024/25. The investment will be financed with existing cash and secured bank financing.
