Issue of new shares in Biovitrum AB (publ) , warrant program finalized In accordance with Biovitrum's 2001/2006 warrant program, 66,200 shares have been issued at SEK 59 per share, with net proceeds of SEK 3,905,800. All outstanding warrants of the 2001/2006 program that expired on November 30, 2006, have now been exercised. In total, 2,320,100 shares have been issued under the program during September to December 2006 with net proceeds of SEK 136,885,900. Following the issue mentioned above, the total number of shares outstanding amounts to 45,622,700. Two other warrant programs remain, exercisable for 2,626,136 shares in total.
