Eva Karlsson interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Swegon Group

The Board of Directors of Swegon Group has appointed Eva Karlsson as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of February 1st 2026, when current CEO Andreas Örje Wellstam leaves Swegon Group to become Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in Investment AB Latour (publ), the 100% owner of Swegon Group.

Eva is currently Vice President for Swegon’s Business Area Air Handling, Cooling & Heating. Before joining Swegon in 2022, Eva worked as CEO at Armatec, spent 25 years at SKF in leading roles within manufacturing, product and business development, among others, and she has also served as a Board member at Assa Abloy, part of Latour’s investment portfolio.
