Sydkraft increases holding in Norwegian Hafslund

Sydkraft increases holding in Norwegian Hafslund Sydkraft has acquired 4,650,576 B shares, corresponding to 4.03 percent of the share capital, in the listed Norwegian company Hafslund AS from Vattenfall. The total purchase price was SEK 174 M. Following this transaction, Sydkraft holds a total of 23,803,066 A shares and 6,654,201 B shares in Hafslund. The holding corresponds to 34.9 percent of the voting rights and 26.4 percent of the share capital in the Norwegian company.
