CayTel 1 L.P. (“CayTel”) announces offer document regarding CayTel’s public offer to the shareholders in Teleca.

The offer document regarding CayTel’s public offer to the shareholders of Teleca AB (publ) (“Teleca”) to transfer all their shares in Teleca to CayTel will be distributed to all directly registered shareholders in Teleca. Printed copies of the offer document are expected to reach the directly registered shareholders on November 12, 2008 and will be made available at Carnegie at Gustav Adolfs Torg 18 Stockholm as per the same date. The offer document will also be available on www.carnegie.se and www.symphonyTG.com.

The acceptance period for the public cash offer is November 13, 2008 – December 4, 2008.
