Symsoft’s local office in the Middle East, Dubai, has achieved a very important milestone by signing a contract to deliver key elements to Saudi Telecom’s prepaid business operations. STC is the leading operator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. “Saudi Arabia is a growing prepaid market with changing customer expectations. We must provide reliable services to our mobile end-users. By using the Voucher Management System from Symsoft, security, flexibility and scalability for capacity is warranted.
