Symsoft to show new innovative services based on the Nobill Platform at the 2009 GSMA Mobile World Congress

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, February 16, 2009 – Symsoft, the leading supplier of real-time charging, messaging, call completion and mobile data solutions will present a number of new solutions at this year’s GSMA Mobile World Congress.

Nobill Mobile VPN is a new addition to the Nobill Charging portfolio. The solution builds on Symsoft’s long experience of charging and IN networking, enabling the creation of subscriber communities and advanced corporate mobile VPN services.

Nobill Data Service Charger is a complete solution for managing mobile data and content services. It allows mobile operators rate flexibly, for instance to offer a monthly flat rate for access to individual web sites while charging a volume rate for other sites. It is also a powerful tool for managing content partners.

Nobill Roaming Data Control increases customer satisfaction by providing subscribers with better information on roaming prices and their accumulated spending in real time. Besides, it allows subscribers to set an upper limit for their service use.

Nobill IM-SSF and Nobill Service Broker are designed to allow the reuse of already made investments. Furthermore, they provide operators with the ability to offer new service bundles by using advanced service orchestration.
