Tele2, one of Europe’s leading alternative telecom operators, has chosen Nobill SMSC to offer fast and reliable text messaging to their customers throughout their European mobile networks. The Nobill SMSC will be responsible for delivering SMS text messages sent by Tele2 subscribers to their recipients, allowing the operator to capitalize on the growing demand for this service.
‘We are very proud to be able to deliver our next generation SMSC to Tele2 and this contract reaffirms Symsoft’s role as a preferred supplier and strategic partner for Tele2’s operations in Europe’ says Peter Jansson, Sales Director at Symsoft.
Apart from increasing delivery capacity, the solution also provides Tele2 with support for multi-country operation, to improve the quality of service and increase the efficiency of operations. Through the scalable design and the modular architecture of Nobill SMSC, the solution is well equipped to meet Tele2’s future demands for increased capacity and new functionality.

The order also marks the first delivery of a Nobill SMSC based on the new Nobill 4 platform, which delivers more messages per second on a given hardware platform, while increasing the flexibility to adapt solutions to add new functionality.
