Press Release, December 7, 2023  Second quarter August–October 2023 · Net sales increased by 4.9 percent to SEK 3,186 million (3,037) despite the former divestment of the air conditioning business, which reported sales of SEK 166.5 million in the corresponding period last year. · Organic growth was +5.1 percent (+14.8). · Operating profit (EBIT) totalled SEK 322 million (120). · The operating margin was 10.1 percent (3.9). Systemair discontinues Menerga’s production in Germany

Press release, 8 November 2023 Systemair has decided to discontinue the production of the Menerga products in Muelheim an der Ruhr, Germany, in 2024. The factory currently manufactures highly efficient ventilation units for swimming pools, waterparks, and low energy buildings.   The production in Muelheim an der Ruhr will be discontinued and in parallel production of Menerga products, in Systemair's existing plant in Slovenia, will be ramped up. The process is expected to be completed in 2024. Resources for product development, sales, and support will remain in Muelheim an der Ruhr.

Systemair links loans to sustainability goals - achieved goals lead to lower interest costs
