Bond extention and adjustments have been approved

The decision procedure in Talkpool's swedish bond loans has been successful.

Talkpool AG has an outstanding bond loan of SEK 24 million (approx. EUR 2.23 million), named SE0011311414. A decision process was initiated and published on the 24th of January 2022. The following main changes were approved:

• extension of the Bond Loan from 31 December 2021 to 31 December 2022, with an option to repay on an ongoing basis

• asset sale permission, where at least half of the funds received will go to amortization of the bond loan

• addition of waiver fee of an additional 1.00 percent

• the debt book is kept in physical form
