Calypso converts CHF 500'000 loan plus interest to 228'991 shares

Calypso awarded a CHF 500'000 convertible loan to Talkpool on the 6th of June 2017. On the 14th of July 2020, Talkpool press released that Calypso extended its CHF 500'000 loan by one year with 5% interest and conversion-strike at SEK 21 per share. Calypso has today exercised its right to convert the loan plus accrued interest at SEK 21 per share.

The parties have agreed on the 6th of March 2021 as target date for delivering the shares to Calypso's account. The loan is converted from CHF 500'000 to SEK 4'808'812, using today's exchange rate of 1 CHF = 9.27 SEK and 9 months accrued interest. Calypso will receive 228’991 shares in Talkpool AG.
