Talkpool AG ("Talkpool" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has entered into an agreement with G&W Fondkommission ("G&W") regarding the position as Certified Adviser.

G&W takes office as Certified Adviser on July 1, 2024. Until then, Swedish North Point Securities AB will continue to act as Certified Adviser for the Company.
