Ericsson and Talkpool sign $5 million agreement in Saudi Arabia
Ericsson has picked Talkpool to provide network services to their comprehensive telecom network implementation projects with Mobily and STC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia(KSA).
Talkpool has been awarded a $5 million contract with favourable conditions by Ericsson Saudi Arabia to deploy and integrate a part of the massive networks being built for the operators Mobily and Saudi Telecom(STC) in KSA. The project will continue over several years and Talkpool’s assignment for the first phase is expected to last for around 15 months with good chances of extensions.
Talkpool is now gaining major footprint in the Saudi telecom market. Talkpool is currently providing support for network implementation and network upgrades. Based on excellent performance Ericsson has requested a significant increase of the technical resources from Talkpool to more than 100.
