Financial Calendar Update and AGM Rescheduling

Talkpool AG today announces an updated financial calendar and revised timing for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) following the ongoing directed share issue process.

Following Swiss regulatory approval steps related to the directed share issue announced on 27 March 2026, the Company has rescheduled its AGM to 11 June 2026. A new invitation to the AGM is expected to be published on 15 May 2026. The only substantial difference compared to the previous invitation is a new proposed board member, who will be presented in the new AGM invitation.

The publication of the Q1 2026 Interim Report is scheduled for 22 May 2026. The updated financial calendar is available on: https://talkpool.com/financial-calendar/
