Invitation to Q4 (full year) report and information meeting

Talkpool invites its shareholders and the public to attend a call that aims at offering more clarity about the business.

In addition to presenting the unaudited results for the calendar year 2020, information about an ongoing strategic shift and growth plans will be presented. The meeting will be held remotely by videolink on the 10^th of March at 14:00 o’clock and is expected to take approximately one hour.

Persons that are interested in attending should send an email to gw@talkpool.com latest by Monday the 8^th of March 2021. The call is open for everyone, hence not limited to shareholders. Just send a short email and videolink will be sent to admitted participants. Maximum 250 participants can join the call on a first come basis.

1. Welcome and introduction (by Chairman)

2. Presentation of fourth quarter results (by CEO)
3. Status update of strategic digitisation shift including financing
4. Presentation of first acquisition (www.homesolutions.se) in line with the smart building strategy
5. Questions and answers (if possible, please submit questions when registering to event)
