Roll-over of 1-year CHF 500’000 convertible loan

Talkpool AG has since three years taken a convertible loan amounting to CHF 500’000 (approx. €470’000) from Calypso based on an agreement signed on 6th of June 2017. This loan has been extended until the end of June 2021 with interest rate reduced to 5% per annum. The issuer has an option to convert the loan to TALK shares at a price of SEK 21 (approx. €2.0) per share.
