Shareholder changes in Talkpool

It has come to Talkpool's ("The Company") notice that the company's CEO Erik Strömstedt, Chairman of the Board Magnus Sparrholm and a group of investors have agreed with a major owner to acquire all of its shares, equivalent to a value of approximately 11.6 MSEK. Erik Strömstedt and Magnus Sparrholm buy shares for totally SEK 350 000.

Tobias Schön, board member of the associated company, Nordic IoT Networks, and shareholder in Talkpool, buys shares for SEK 500,000 and says:

"I am experiencing a major change in the market interest and ability to grasp IoT compared with just one year ago. Many companies have started to see the possibilities of IoT, and I notice that in the great interest in the LoRa network we are building. It seems that companies start to understand that IoT will not be a cost position, but rather a potential source of income”.
