Talkpool AG publishes its Annual Report for 2019

Talkpool AG today announced that its Annual Report for 2019 has been published. The Annual Report is attached as a PDF and is available on the company’s website.

In connection with the audit review the following minor, non-cashflow affecting, adjustments have been made in the Annual Report compared to the Q4 report (Q4 numbers in brackets):

• Net sales amounted to EUR 21 233 thousand (21 154)
• EBITDA of negative EUR 593 thousand (-547)
• EBIT of negative EUR 1 050 thousand (-1 005)
• Net earnings after tax of negative EUR 3 376 thousand (-3 236)
